Robinson, IL - Your Lincoln Trail College men's soccer team had a strong start of their season with 2 wins at Statesmen Park.
The first game was against Okland City JV. The game ended 10-0 in favor of LTC. Goals were scored by Ryosuke Miyata x2, Tomas Bascon, Takuto Nishide, Harumi Yunaiyama, Benjamin Pena, Guilherme Melciori, Victor Gonzales, and Amin Garcia x2. It was the perfect way to start the season with a lot of new faces on the roster.
Last Saturday LTC faced College of Du Page at home. It was another big victory. This time it was 7-2 in favor of your Statesmen. Goals were scored by Ryosuke Miyata x2, Harumi Yunaiyama, Benjamin Pena, Guilherme Melciori, Amin Garcia, and Mateus Moura.
Now they are ready to face Illinois Central College this upcoming Sunday at home once again.
